Today’s Taos Lilac Festival’s 1st Annual Taco Cookoff delivered on good community fun and ample servings of delicious food.
And because proceeds from today’s cookoff benefited the Taos High Prostart Culinary Arts Program, I could enjoy all 17 yummy tacos [relatively] guilt free!:)
A word of advice? Unpredictable weather is part of Taos mountain’s charm! Dress in layers that peel-off easily and keep going! Go #DiscoverTaos

Variety was the specialty served-up by Taos High’s ProStart Culinary Arts Program. The beef taco with mango was my favorite!
Contemporary artist and cookoff trophy designer El Moisés won my vote for best dressed.
